My phone bill should average $200 per month. Sprint always seems to add or delete services without consent. Example: I am charged for accessing the internet on a cell phone when I had requested to NOT have this service, I was told this wasn't possible due to the phone being able to automatically access it (it would automatically purchase minutes — like "pay as you go"). I was told due to the type of phone it was possible that I "inadvertantly" accessed it and it would be better for me to just purchase the plan for $30/mo "just in case that happens" (mind you this is more than I would pay for high-speed service for my home!). SO, I purchased it. I then began to resent the fact that I was talked into it so I canceled it. Now I have a phone bill for one phone over $1000 for text messaging! Seems that when I canceled the internet service plan, it canceled out the unlimited text plan that I had paid for for the last 1 1/2 years! Sprint offered me a $750 credit... I should have only been charged for $15... This is just ONE example of many of their unethical billing practices. Others include charges for games/music... Of course there is hardly anyway to prove that one didn't make the purchase... One just gets stuck paying for it. Not me anymore... I'm done with Sprint.
