I disonnected service in November however the agent failed to tell me that if I did not call back and change the status to cancel I would still be charged. I was charged for December although I neither used the service or lived at the address where the service was. I called them on December 31 when I recieved another bill which is when I was told I would have to cancel the service. I paid this bill although it was not prorated I wanted to get it out of my hair. I asked them to reduce the charges and they refused. They were also supposed to send me boxes to return the leased receivers and they have not arrived.
