Like others here I placed an order last December.
Thread Pit sent an email verifying that my order had been 'processed' meaning that my card had been charged.
But that does not mean the order shipped! Oh no, there is an additional shipping/tracking email once that should occur. My order status on Thread Pit's site shows that the order has not yet shipped.
I contacted through emails and the contact form and received no replies. Very disheartening
and my stomach sank when I saw the complaints here!
A simple reply to customers would suffice or how about a refund since they charged us before shipment? A good company does not charge until the parcel hits the road and the product is en route to delivery.
