On October 23rd, AT&T decided to change their business, and without my authorization they changed my local and international call plans. After many calls and being switched back and forth between "You have to talk to the old AT&T" and "You need to contact your new services provider (AT&T)," they overcharged me for long distance services that I never ordered. In the end, after I spent 4 hours on the phone, they told me that they could not do anything about it.
AT&T deserves to lose all its clients for adding long distance services without authorization.
