This is the e-mail I sent to the comapany last and it explains my whole story, I didn't want to type it again.

Here is my story AGAIN in hopes to get this resolved so I no longer have to have this over my shoulders. I ordered alot of Juicy Couture Necklaces in Authentic gift boxes, like 10-15 of them, can't remember the exact total since I cancelled the order. I ordered these on or about December 7th after reviewing my Ebay account to see when the auction ended. So as you can see since it's been so long-people are VERY upset with me. So I paid like a total of $160.00 for these and after many messages left on the phone that no one ever answers Mark finally called me back and said he would look into it and I also questioned some of the shipping as I paid over $30 for shipping for necklaces which is VERY overpriced so your making money off me in shipping as we all know and I know from running a very successful buisness that will push people away more than anything is trying to make a buck off of shipping.

Anyways-After the call from Mark, nothing for several days... So I called back and again sent more e-mails. I got a response stating that "what was the paypal order number" and they would check into it. It was supposed to be shipped a week ago and now we're looking into it? So then I hear back a few more days later as I was pushed to the side again, this time telling me "they lost shipment" and would contact me ASAP. So then I had to go back to people and issue money out of pocket to those who wanted refunds and pay them out of my money which is very unfair to me and my family.

So I contacted you guys again stating I needed a refund so I could get that money back and then anyone who still wanted them I would place a new order. So I contacted you guys again a few more days later and was told that you were going to get some in last Friday, the 28th and I needed 5 and was told you would set some aside for me and to go in and replace my order in the PayPal order form, so I did last Wed. Or Thurs. And here is it Dec. 31st and I still have yet to recieve an invoice from PayPal to pay and get my order. I do not believe you have these necklaces in your hands as I have done some research and found out the company you buy from wholesalerwholesaler.com (Joe Richey) doesn't have any until Jan. 12th or after, so that means you knew you werent gettting any until at least after that leaving me once again in the dark.

This has been the worst expirence in my entire ebay and reselling expirence. I am very unhappy and appaled that you treat your customer that way with no remorse. So I also paid $30 dollars for this millenuim membership that does me no good as well because when i recieved the package in the mail of the website which is your website with welcometotheclub on the back-the site doesnt even work. My husband works on computers and can't get it to work either so that was another waste of my money.

So I am requesting that back PLUS shipping since you charged me like $12.00 to mail an envelope! I expect this money back in my paypal account by 3pm CST today or I am filing a dispute in PayPal and I will be doing something to promote what service you provide so others don't get themselves in this mess either.

I've never had to do this or be this agressive but I've lost engouh money now and the least you can do is give my money back and I'll be done with your company.
