IK9 PRIVACY MATTERS charged an unauthorized fee to my account. I called them this morning telling them to remove this charge of $14.95 which they tell me is a monthly fee that I approved! This is not so, I do not need their services, nor did I approve such transaction! They told me it was a pop up that they used in a site I was on and I authorized this. I DID NOT! There is no address on their site, only Norwalk, Conn and a phone number on my charge.
