Alexey Ivanov who calls himself only 'Jim' as Alexey is a convicted hacker from St. Petersburg. The FBI arrested him up for blackmailing many large corporations. Jim is working for Elena.
Elena use her criminal websites like www.agencyscams.com to tell lies and disinformation about agencies (1104 agencies are on her black list) who are her competitors and do not want to participate in her dirty business. She also ruined the reputation of intelligent women who also for some reason make her angry.
