William Sweet has been running a paralegal service illegally for nearly 10 years. This man is exceptionally self-absorbed and greedy. He has been known to gouge Customers for as much as $1,000.00 for a simple divorce and is extremely incompetent in preparing documents. 9 times out of 10, they are riddled with spelling errors. Even worse, he makes outlandish coments in declarations that border on contempt and may actually cause the court to be angry with you and rule against you.
William Sweet has been sued twice for his practices, one resulted in a $264,000.00 judgment against him and his company for giving bad legal advice resulting in a person loosing his property in a Bankruptcy. He was also sued by the U.S. Department of Justice for violation of bankruptcy document preparers laws. That's suit called for damages up to $2 Million. It was settled with his promise never to provide legal advice again. Yet he's still in business comitting malpractice every date and the expense of consumers.
If you go to this company for Divorce papers, you risk a lot for this overpriced service. They charge as much as attorney's for the same work. Take twice as long and If you are really lucky, you'll only have some Whiteout on your documents. I've seen documents with as much as 50% of the text with Without on it.
This Fraud will tell you anything you want to hear to get your money. I've personally heard him tell people that he can "WIPE OUT all child support Arrears". This is, in fact, barred under Federal Law and he can't do any such thing. But hey, anything for a buck.
Unbonded company
This company and it's staff have never been bonded so if you actually suffer damages, you'll have no one to sue.
He never pays his debts except by force, even the irs.
The is constantly behind on debts no matter how well his business is doing.
He under pays his workers and relies on Welfare workers from CalWorks, who work for free, to do most of his work. DO YOU WANT UNSKILL LABOR DOING YOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS?
He is currently past due on over $65,000.00 in back taxes on his reported income over the last 6 years. That's his REPORTED income, not including all the cash he pockets on a daily basis. His IRS debt is mostly attributed to payroll deductions taken from him employees that he refuses to pay.
He refuses to pay GARNISHMENTS for CHILD SUPPORT of his employees.
Never due business with this guy for anything.

William Sweet ripped off his own business partner by giving him a modified version of a Ebay purchase for software costing $25.00. The modified form stated $250.00 Ernie is his partner for Magically Simple.
Avoid a-1 and william sweet for the following reasons:
1. He is incompetent.
2. He is slow at providing services
3. He has been sued before for giving bad advice.
4. He will change the price of services based on how much he can get from you.
5. He will provide documents timely only for those that complain and even then, they're likely to be wrong.
