Here's my situation, I had opened up a credit card account in early After having it for about six months it was sold the the Nasty scammer's of Providian Financial. They shot up my interest rate, and month after month posted late fee's and over limit fees in which I made my payments always early to avoid these fee's. But they scammed me as a Hard working man! Now its I hear this opportunity at United Debt Solutions on TV. I call them, they say - Oh we can help you resove your credit situation with Providian Financial, We will set up a payment plan, and will reduce you debt to them. So, I pay them $600 for this service. After a Year, NOTHING was done what so ever. I had to threat, write to the state of Florida three times, and I finnally received my $600.00 dollars back. My complaint Now is that I'm being Harrassed by Providian Financial, they are threating me by taking legal actions to sue me. After Nothing was done at United Debt solutions and signing over my accounts to them. They have compiled more and more charges on my account, it so out of my hands now. So, I'm getting with my attorney this week, and taking all my written documents over for him to examine. United Debt Solutions has Failed, they have cause me more problems. If Providian Financial sues me, I'm filing a law suit upon United Debt Soultions. Anyone who wants to file a class action law suit with me, please get a hold of me.
