Here is the latest letter sent to Sprint regarding an overcharge of $100 for services not requested/used
To whom it may concern,
This is the last time i will write to you since i hate to waste my time and money contacting a company who truly doesnt care about their customers.
I have been a sprint customer for 5 years and so its my family and its incredible the way you guys rip off people charging them for services not requested or used. I have never been over my minutes in 5 years and im now getting charged over $100 for extra minutes on numbers that i dont even know. I have spent close to 2 hours on the phone just so i couldnt have a solution and had to write this email.
I know for a fact that you do not care about this because i know for a fact im not the first one writing about this and i honestly dont expect you to offer a solution to this "wasting my hard earned money" problem that seems so normal to you. I would like you to know that i will gladly cancel my account, my wifes, my mothers, father and brothers, will switch to AT&T (who doesnt seem to have a problem charging their customers what their supposed to) and join the current class action lawsuit being filled against you for stealing from thousands of customers in the U.S., and believe me there is at least 3 out of 5 people whos money has been stolen like mine and will gladly join as well.
This unacceptable behavior from your part is whats leading to you having to close stores, customers leaving to another server and now a lawsuit that customers are more likely to win based on proven fraud.
I really hope this letter gets to the higher power that be, because i will publish it online, in forums, my personal site, my job and anywhere that sprint customers can see it so they can finally know that someones is doing something about it.
