I am beyond upset about the horrendous service I've received from Sprint PCS. For the last 2 months I've had the Sprint phone plan we've paid almost 3 times the amount we were supposed because of going over in minutes. Ok so try and call to get your minutes increase— GOOD LUCK! Finally I get through after waiting for over an hour only to find out that for last 2 months the minutes have increase and the prices have stayed the same but NOBODY from the company has contacted us to tell us of this fact— that's complete CRAP. What are they trying to do rip off their customers? Then I finally do get to talk to some complete JERK customer service rep after my waiting and I almost came unglued. The icing on the cake— I can't even find where to go online to let them know how unsatisfied I am with there company. Come on now this is a multi-million dollar corporation I expect more!!!
