They will tell you that the cell phone number you are asking about has detailed information available and that all you have to do is pay a one time fee to gain unlimited access and unlimited searches.
Once I paid them however, it was a different story. First of all, to even do a reverse look up on a cell number it cost an ADDITIONAL $20.00 on top of the $50.00 I just paid them!!! Then guess what? That's right - NO RESULTS.
I emailed them immediately to say I want my money back. I will have the bank stop payment if possible, even though that will cost me also.
I just want them to do the right thing.
