I am an American Soldier, I risk my life for Americans to be free to have their own business in this country and I've been scamed. I purchased a male french bulldog from Evonne on November 10. I started contact with her from August about the puppy. When I asked Evonne over the phone where you the original breeder, she infomed me that she was the original breeder for the puppy I wanted to purchase. Evonne stated that the puppy will be ready on October 20 because she doesn't ship the puppies until they are 10 weeks old when they had all their vacinations. I spoke to her for the next few weeks over the phone. I called asked about the puppy and she said the puppy was doing fine here playing with her kids even "sucking from the MUM". On September 2 I asked her to take some pictures of the puppy. She hesitated and said why? It looks the same as the puppy on her website. I asked her again the next day she stated that her computer crashed so I will have to wait until it's working again plus her son knows how uses the digital camera and downloads it for her. Finally she sends me pictures of the puppy via email. It's weired because it's this lady in the picture at the time I thought might be a family member but know I thought about it probably is her so called best friend in Ukraine. Evonne stated that the puppy will be ready on October 20 because she doesn't ship the puppies until they are 10 weeks old when they had all their vacinations. I spoke to her for the next few weeks. I called asked about the puppy and she said the puppy was doing fine here playing with her kids even "sucking from the MUM". On October 26 Evonne Recieved a total of $1,500 for the puppy via bank wire. I called Evonne over the phone. I told her to ship the puppy on November 10. I will pay you $350 for shipping on November 07 Evonne stated thats fine. Since she recieved my $1,500 I could not get in contact with her much anymore. The few times I did she would say she was busy or she was just going to call me. I was then becoming concerned but I knew I will not be able to get a refund. I spoke to her again over the phone on November 06 she said her husband will ship it. On the November 07 I sent her the $350 to ship the puppy. I spoke to her again over the phone to touch base with Evonne she then stated that her husband is in a wedding on November 07 plus the puppy will have to go to the vet for a checkup before she shipped it. She stated she will call me and let me know. Evonne never called me instead she emailed me and stated that to only contact her via email. So I did. She also stated the puppy had a heart mumor she didn't know about. Evonne also statd that she will send the puppy back to the original breeder for a replacement. I was SHOCKED to read that she was not the original breeder. I emailed and asked her who's the original breeder and why didn't you tell me. She stated it was her best friend in Ukraine and that FCI registered means that her puppies are imported. When I look her name up online and check her company's track record it's horrible. So why should I want another puppy from her. So AMY from Kingsland, GA. And others I want to join in on your lawsuit.
