ON 10/30/07 I purchased a teacup yorkie from puppy elite. I was told the puppy had all his vaccinations and was AKC registered. Upon taking my puppy to the vet I was informed he had a "cold." As the vet continued his exam he asked if "Trouble" was nuetered because he couldnt feel his testicles. This alarmed me because I was never informed of this before I purchased him. I told the vet he wasnt neutered because my reciept for trouble's NYC dog license said he was not. I called the pet shop to ask them and was first told he wasn't, then was told he was. So I went over all his paper work throughly and found many disturbing mistakes.
The letter of vaccinations I recieved was for a English bulldog and was written on plain paper with bright blue writing. I hadnt recieved my info on spaying/neutering or proper NYC paperwork that should come with a puppy. Parts of my package was incomplete. I contacted the pet shop and informed them of the errors and was given the run around by Chris and Steve and to this day have not recieved proper papers. I asked for the vet info that supposedly gave trouble his first vaccines and was told it was out of state. The puppy is not AKC and his pedigree information isnt correct.
I would discourage anyone from dealing with this company or any affliations. Trouble is still sick and recieving treatment at this time but hopefully will make a full recovery.
