I just received an email from this company and I did not authorize them to debit my credit card

I received an e-mail from 24ProtectPlus informing me of my membership in this "service." I did not authorize my credit card to be charged for this but I will cancel their 7-day trial membership and monitor my credit cards to ensure that they do not charge me.
