I contacted Nationwide Relocation to move my things from San Diego, CA to Austin, TX. Their price was ok, not the best but not the highest either. The man on the phone was wonderful when I was setting everything up and all that quickly changed once I started to run into problems.
The people that came to pick my things up couldn't get the date straight, so they basically showed up whenever they wanted and took my things away in this truck that had graffitti all over it and barely started.
Then it was transferred to someone else who showed up two days late. Nationwide was of NO HELP when I was trying to coordinate with these people. I then realize after all of this is said and done that I am missing my box of jackets (it's December), I look all over and they're gone. I call both companies and no one is claiming responsibility.
Well, one year later I get a letter from Nationwide offering me $125 for a box of jackets worth about two thousand dollars. Leather jackets I got in Italy that are irreplacable and, by the way cost about 3x's $125 for one of them! They have been totally ridiculous with this claim and I would caution anyone from using them.
