Georgia -seems to be a pattern of abuse here?

It does my heart good (sadly) to know that what I have been experiencing here with Comcast is not just me. Since I got them for their "triple play" (what a stupid move on my part - all my communications under the finger of some stranger - literally). From day one, it has been one problem after another - quoted pricing not what I get., stuff does not work and employees cannot seem to get techs out on days they say they will be here. They cannot even get telephone numbers listed or non-listed even though they bill consistently enough. I have never, ever in my life have seen a company perform so poorly and yet continue to expand and raise prices on a par that makes sense only to them.

That is the problem right there. They have a monopoly in this area and they know it. I have stories that could fill a book. If I was not living under them I would think them hillarious. Can you imagine not having phones, TV or internet for 3 days straight in this day and age? And yet, if they do not have their exact inflated payment price on the day they set they can turn off and then turn on your service after you are bullied into paying what you are disputing in a second's time! I have written to the CEO and got some foolish underling with a bad attitude to respond most unkindly to say the least. I cannot wait until there is a viable alternative. It is a truly painful and most expensive experience and so not worth it!
