November 9 I purchased 2 items from Frog Gifts.com. The rug was delivered in a timely fashion but the mounted poster was backordered. My account was charged $29.95 plus the additional shipping.
When the poster never arrived I called to find out what the problem was. Myra said it would be shipped in four days. It never arrived and I made numerous attempts to rectify the situation. It was very difficult to contact this company because they do not return phone calls or respond to e-mails. Myra gave me her cell phone to give her the 5 digit number on my credit card statement which was non existant. Her cell is 352-345-1451.
Her claim was they don't charge for items out of stock. I gave her proof that I paid to no avail.
I was forced to contact my credit card company (What's in your wallet?) for them to refund my money. Surprise! They're in cahoots!
I feel I was victimized twice - first by Frog Gifts then by my credit card company.
Shop at The Frog Store.com. They are honest and deliver!
