Owners Michelle & Stella Paccione failed to notify employees and customers of being shut down. Many people had bought tanning packages ranging from 10-100 dollars and owners had taken their money and now their services are no longer available. They claimed their "store was robbed" when it was being emptied out when in reality they couldnt afford to pay the bills and were tossed out. They did not pay their employees who they still owe money, and took the customers money in return for no tanning, due to their closing.
