I have been a customer of this business for 10 yrs. It has changed hands several times, especially in the last year. Each and every former owner would remain open pending the sale so customers could still tan except this one. These people raised the prices significantly and in the aprox. 2 months they were there, they took several new and old customer's money for tanning packages. One day the door was closed with a sign up stating that they "will remain closed pending sale" with a phone number to call for "questions or concerns". I personally made several calls when I was able to leave a message I did, but often the voice mailbox was full. They never called back regarding the 3 msgs I did leave. They were also charging more money for the "higher wattage" beds without using any higher wattage tanning bulbs! This is the first owner in 10 years to rip their customers off! Other tanning salons in the area have reported that this girl who owns Alltones has been calling around to other salons in an attempt to sell Alltones. She used to work for Desert Sun tanning, I believe. Her father used to help out and he SEEMED like a nice man, retired Vietnam Vet, Harley rider, etc. But he acted like everything was fine just two days prior to her closing it without telling any customers anything! These people are thieves! They need to be held accountable by starting with calling each and every customer and letting them know when they'll get a refund or something!
