I was looking for a detective to do some research of public records for me. My wife passed away in 1996, and her mother 1995. A life insurance policy became part of the estate. I hired Mr. Sianez to find the death certificate. I was unemployed at the time, and was receiving an unemployment check.
I agreed to pay Mr. Sianez $325.00 as a retainer. He recieved the money order, and wouldn't answer his phone. I never heard from him again. God is not mocked! He will reap what he's sown!
