I only recently discovered usacomplaints.com. Oh if only I had known about this before I subscribed to Vonage. Everything everyone on here says is true. When I hooked up my vonage box, no dial tone and my internet went down. When I called customer service, I had to ask the very foriegn man on the end to speak slowly so I could understand him and still said "huh" several times. At that time I discovered I could only have one phone in my house. Oh you can have more than one phone the man said, but I would need to rewire my house. I laughed and thought... Well anyway. I told him I had read about vonage on a consumer website and I knew if I asked to cancel he would deduct 49.99 from my bank account and he said "yes mame" I asked him where he was at and he told me some other country. So tomorrow I am going to go and cancel my debit card, and then cancel vonage. So as my mom always said, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" Vonage is not worth the 20.00 a month savings.
