If you are considering buying this Gumbuster machine from them... Think twice! I was very interested in this machine and buying this equipment from them until...
I inquired about purchasing this machine from them. After talking to Anthony Mule (V.P.) he informed me that he had one actually less than a few miles from my home. His "cousin" had bought one from him and never ended-up doing anything with it so I could go look at it first before buying... Great! I could save around $150 on shipping costs.
I had arranged to meet with his "cousin" later but we miscommunicated on the meeting time/date. I received a call later that day from Anthony about missing the meeting for the demo and viewing of the machine.

I had asked him early in the conversation on why he is charging $5950.00 for his used machine while on ets.com they were selling the EXACT same machine for $4950.00 and included a "free" 5000 watt generator. He responded by saying that he was going to cancel the rescheduling of the demo appt./viewing of the machine (because he prejudged me-assuming I was going to buy it from somewhere else for much less).
We had previously (a week prior) discussed that his price was higher and what I was going to receive if I purchased it from him. He claimed great support, sample contracts, sample proposals, and repairs (which ets does also-repairs).
Why I am writing this report... I was willing to perhaps pay the additional 1000-1500 dollars for the "support" if it was worth it. Point being is that he "ASSUMED" that I was automatically going to buy from somewhere else. I had a good inclination that he and his company was shady in this aspect. If that's how he treated a potential customer prior to making a sale and trying to earn someone's trust and business... I can imagine what kind of "support" I would have seen (NONE) after he had my money. Keep in mind that during the phone conversation, I could have not asked him the question of, why his was higher, till after I already viewed the machine the following day. It was a "test" to see how he would handle the question because I had an inclination that he would react that way. Usually I would say, "sorry we coulldn't do business", but actually... I should have thanked him for not doing business with me. So thanks Anthony Mule (wonder how he got that last name).
