I ordered a T-shirt from Palmercash in August and after about 3 weeks I sent an email to their customer service to report that I have not received the merchandise. I promptly received an email from "Rachel" saying the item has been shipped and should arrive shortly. Well, it has been over 2 months and I still have not received the Tshirt and no word from Palmercash after repeated email request to notify me of the status of my order.
Oh, and they have the nerve to keep sending me emails announcing their new arrivals! Can someone tell me where I can purchase the tshirt " The dude abides" (not PalmerCash)? I want to give it as presents for a few of my friends.
