Ripped off $630 plus merchandise. I sold a $3000 watch and was told it was fraud. It was not. PayPal wants me to give this man $630, and I do not get the watch back. There is no proof to me that it is my watch, just give him $630. Who is this man? Is it my watch? Where is my product? PayPal is a ripoff.
