Sprint charged me for phone listed as "free" with online exclusive deal. When I brought this mistake to their attention, a customer servive rep said she would file a complaint with the supervision and told me to check back within the week. When I called back another person told me that he saw a credit on account for the price of phone and I didnt need to pay amount. The account is now "past due" and they are threatening to cancel my service despite the fact that I have paid every part of my current bill (except the overcharge) on time.
