Prior to googling this company I responded to an email from Jeff McQuillen, stated HR Director of Mike Marketing, LLC. After submitting my benign information on their "application" page I started snooping around the internet to find more on the company. From google maps I found their stated physical address to be in the middle of a street in a residential neighborhood in Dallas, not the metropolitan area they claim to inhabit on their site. I then searched for record of Mike Nichols (supposed owner/creator of the company) on many of the non-profit boards stated in his profile, also came up with nothing.

Clearly this is a fraudulent company. Below is the email they sent me. I hope you read this prior to responding unlike myself:

Administrative Coordinator (the Employee) is primarily responsible for communication and coordination of activities of workers engaged in one or more projects. Principal accountabilities

Work as a member of the local team, playing an active role in the development and delivering of the service, and the Company mission.

Salary

$47,754.00 USD with progression to $59,678.00 USD pa (pro rata for 0.5 part-time post). The salary is payable by direct credit transfer on the 25th of each month. New appointees receive increments on an annual basis to the maximum point of the scale. Starting salaries are always offered at the minimum point on the scale unless the appointee can prove that his/her current earnings in a permanent post are higher, in which case the Company will match this.

Hours

You will be contracted to work a 36 hour week (pro rata for 0.5 part-time post).

Paid Time Off (PTO) program of 18 days per year (27 days per year after

Probation

Job location

The Company is registered in the US, while most of our employees are located around the world. We are opening a new branch in SEATTLE (WA), therefore after the trial you will be either relocating there or continue working from home; anyway, all communication with clients is interactive. Travel/relocation is not required at the initial stage of employment. You can work anywhere just as long as you have access to the Internet. Day to day communication with clients/employees is held via e-mail and / or VOIP telephony.

Response instructions

We are offering you a position within the Company on a trial basis for two weeks starting from the beginning of the work. You will be receiving training assignments and working from home every day (Monday-Friday), however, training assignments would only occupy your time for a maximum of 2 hours per day. At the completion of the trial period, your supervisor can recommend continued employment, extension of trial period, or termination. During this trial period you will be receiving training and online support while working and being paid according to the standard base salary rate. You are eligible for an individual bonus of $250 USD when the trial is successfully over.
