I placed an order with www.babysunprotection.com and never received the product. I emailed them to inquire, and they responded saying it was on backorder. They offered me a refund, which I accepted. FIVE months have gone by, and I've still not seen a refund. I've made over 50 attempts, and have only spoken with humans about 3 times. No one has ever called me back, either.
