I have worked for this company for a year and i'm steal employed with them, this company forced a job on me that i never asked for, since i'v been working for them, they told me that i had no other choice. This is a hard labored job, nobody else wants it, this job pays 15.49 hour. It is called a first helps postion on line 4027s. I'v been doing the job since august 7, and they are still paying me at a second helpers pay which is 14.00hour.
Every week they find something to write me up about, they have sent me home serveral times. I don't sign any write ups, i'm a very hard worker, why are they trying to get rid of me, help me, i'm on the verge of losing my job, my best just isn't go enough, the operator is getting his pay why can't i.
