Paid for personalized prayer cds, and they were never received, nor way money refunded Connecitcut

I had received numerous emails regarding new personalized prayer cd's and had responded with all the information that they had asked for twice and also had paid for the cd's through my paypal account. The cd's were paid for, but no response, no merchandise, no refund, and now their website doesn't exist any longer and no one returnes emails, and the phone number is no longer a working number. I tried to report through paypal, but said there was nothing they could do about it.

I'm at a loss, and don't know where else to report. I too was told by the BBB that there was no record of them.
