I don't know how they got her banking info but this is not the first time it has happened to her. Been calling the "foreign call center" now for over a month and they can only give me non-working phone numbers (877-334-8323 and 866-469-9727). They can only say that is the only numbers they have and will need to relay my request for a refund through their database. I told them I will call them back every morning until she gets a refund. I just wonder how the heck you'd use their services even if they were legitimate? Maybe i'll use they ploy next... Say I need to use the benefits they they say my mom purchased.
I can only say my bank would of reversed these charges had I discovered them in time. They are wonderful (S. S you know who you are). I have to check my mom's account everymorning and evening and I tell you right now it won't happen to her again. You can read my other reports about other companies that have done this to her also.
