This attorney is just awful. He just gives advice that is wrong and also ridiculous and does not make any sense.
Although he gives advice at Coalition for Family Justice Meetings in Westchester with Monica Getz in attendance at 821 Broadway in Irvington, New York and with Monica Getz running the meeting, it is wrong. He will never lift a finger to help any litigant or member for free. He may talk to you for a few minutes but that is it, and if he gives you advice, DO NOT LISTEN AND DO NOT HEED THAT ADVICE.
In fact, he drops you like the plague if you need any help and become a pain in the neck or your case gets complicated, after he gave you the wrong advice in the first place which got you to that point.
In fact, he gets business from another attorney at the Coalition for Family Justice, but that other attorney will only speak to you if you have assets to equitably distribute.
No assets - no talkie - no advicee.
The scenario (perhaps "scam" is a better word) this other attorney employs is as follows: the attorney takes no retainer, commiserates with you even if you do not want a divorce, then waits until your bill is over $40,000.00 and then you cannot go to arbitration. The attorney then sues you in Court.
That Attorney being sued for fraud and suit for tortious interference comtemplated.
