Monica getz, coalition for family justice didn't you declare bankruptcy to get out of paying legal fees, do you teach members to do the same

Quite simply the problem with you and the group is that you
DO NOT HELP THE CHILDREN OR PEOPLE WITH LEGITIMATE CHILD PROBLEMS.

Tell members to scam, doing things like declaring bankruptcy and transferring assets out of their name, so that they do not need to pay their attorneys or their spouses. THEN THE MEMBER HAS NO CREDIBILITY IN THE COURT.

You tell members to litigate and litigate, and then threaten attorneys with grievances when they do not represent clients for free.

If you go to the store and buy a shirt that costs $30.00; you do not offer $20.00 and then report the store to consumer affairs if they do not give the item to you.

BUT THAT IS WHAT YOU DO TO ATTORNEYS (except for the 2 that donate to you). YOU TELL PEOPLE TO FILE GRIEVANCES if the attorney does not want to work for free.

Then the relationship becomes impaired and then your group can complain and gain strength by making noise about attorneys.

Attorneys are public servants not slaves.

IF your members want to litigate ad nauseum and not resolve, then they have to pay for it.

Many of your members made bad choices!

Tell them to take responsibility for it and move on.
Realize our system is an adversary one and it costs money to litigate; tell them to realize that the best result they can hope to achieve is fairness, which is what they should have been able to settle for in the first place!

I am a consumer and your group never ever helped me and I paid my $50.00 dues each year. Shame on you.

I got good legal representation and achieved a fair result!!!

I would not give one penny to our organization! Why not open your books to the public!!!
