I was told that the fee for this service would be 98.00 one time fee and 98.00 an hour. Mover was to show up at 10am but didn't show up until 11:20 am. I was not to get charge any fee until they began to load the furniture from the storage onto the truck and make the move to my apartment about a 40 min drive. I had one truck load of furniture to be moved.
They arrived at 1pm in the afternoon. Before unloading i was told that the dispatcher said my total was 499.00 which i contact the dispatcher whom was very rude and very un-professional cursing and swearing saying that i will pay this fee 499.00. My sister was talking to william whom he said his name was to be. He problem lied about that. Than as my sister completed the conversation with him he decided to come down on the fee said it will be 399.00. That a total rip off false information given to set up an appointment which after calling back the office, it was stated that it's out of there hands.
What a rip off. I make the appointment with the office now no one has anything to do with it. I have been ripped off big time. Katrinia storm ruined me. Now i'm just trying to get back home. I been ripped off by this company
