I ordered an electronic stethoscope on June 18. They did not send one and after two weeks I inquired about the order. The gentleman told me that there was a mistake in the engraving and it was being redone. He told me it would be another week.
I waited two weeks to inquire again and have not been able to get in touch with the company. I always get their voice mail. I have left numerous messages asking them to call me and have never been contacted. I drove to their address on the receipt they emailed me and it was a UPS Store where they have a post office box. Because of privacy reasons I could not get any information on the company.
I have even asked to cancel the order and have not had any success in getting my money refunded. I have included the information below from the receipt they emailed me. The phone number I have for them is 866-783-8467.
