I signed up for a Lifetime Membership & a 3-year Membership for my son in April. Received all the paperwork, 2 free Airline Savings Certificates valued at $50 each, & Free 3,000 Rewards Miles. The cancellation policy was within 30 days, a full refund. I complied with this stipulation on both memberships.
Have been trying to reach someone since early May. I've written letters, made numerous phone calls & tried everything I could think of on the Internet to no avail. On my last attempt by telephone I was told that the number had been disconnected. If I wanted to I could call an International Number: 10-15-15-800 @ $5.40/minute. That's too pricey for me.
I am a senior on a limited income. It would be wonderful if I could have this money returned to me. I did my part. Why didn't they?
