I sent money for two bras on June 28 and have never received them. They cashed my check

I sent a check in the amount of $18.75 on June 28 for two bras advertised in the slick ad pages inserted in my Sunday paper.

The ad said to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. They cashed my check and I have never received the bras. I cannot afford to pay for things I don't get. What can I do? I really wanted those bras.
