Zingo Telecom decided to upgrade my account from residential to business, for what Zingo calls excessive usage without my permission. No explanation of what means excessive usage, so they triple the amount charged to my credit card. Tried to call customer service, but I got no answer what means excessive usage. Can't even contact them to cancel my account.
I have no idea what I was charged for, most of time my phone wasn't working properly, I wasn't able to make a call or the other party couldn't call me. The poor quality of service, no customer support, an increasing monthly bill with no notification are the highlights of this company. Please stay away of them
