I contacted this company to complete a Grant Project last year. After alot of run-a-round being switched to different people during the process, the Grant was finally completed a year later.
I copied the original website at the time of my purchase which states the company will submit your grant to funders and stay with it until funded.
This is where the ability to make contact has failed. Calls go straight to answering services, emails are ignored etc. It has been months since I have been able to reach someone.
In the process of collecting my documents to file in small claims court for my refund of $545.00, I throught I would check with this site to see what others were saying.
I saw the rebuttal from Theous to contact Albert to resolve this matter. I just emailed Albert and explained I will wait a few days before proceeding to court with this case.
I will update this if I have to file this claim.

I cannot walk away from this kind of money. I already have been scammed for $195.00 from Consumer Credit Counseling Service.
