Buyer Beware! Dishonest & deceptive business practices, refusal to honor agreements, untrustworthy management, salespeople, training, website info, etc. Terrible leads. Ripoff

The following information was sent to Aspire Marketing in an attempt to resolve our concerns and to seek a satisfactory resolution... Along with lots of documentation that was proof of our concerns/issues. We never got any kind of a resolution from them. We made multiple attempts to discuss our concerns via several phone calls and emails... We finally received an email that was full of erroneous information and no attempt to resolve or address or concerns. They basically shined us. Be very careful, diligent, and thorough, if you choose to deal with this company. Definitely have every "promise" put in writing or don't deal with them. They will tell you anything to get the account, but they did not honor what we agreed upon or what their website says. Buyer beware!

What you requested of us:
1. We completed the company information forms you sent to us within 48 business hours.
2. We offered to do a presentation of the website to the two calling reps we would be working with and were able to accomplish that on the second appointment (first appt resulted in a no-show of the confirmed appointment with the calling reps. We went over our expectations (and did Q/A training) with the Account Manager and the two calling reps.
3. We provided a copy of our script that had been being used with the success of 2.5 average leads per hour within 48 business hours.
4. Signed contract and payment within 48 business hours of receipt.

What we requested of you:
1. Provide pre-qualified leads: Businesses that agreed and/or requested to be contacted for the purpose of scheduling a consultation and online presentation for websites. Expectation was to receive an average of 2.5 or better leads per hour per conversation with Phil.
2. Provide us with the detailed information on those leads in a timely manner and provide status reports.
3. Provide calling reps with no accent and provide 2 for training to be able to ramp up calling.
4. Let us talk with the account manager and reps to know they were without an accent and to be sure they understood what would be considered a pre-qualified lead.

What we were told:
1. Refer to contract and your website for details.
2. Aspire could do as well or better than the average of 2.5 pre-qualified leads per hour.
3. The calling reps had many years of experience and would not have an accent.
4. Review of campaign during week one. Then increasing the campaign as needed.
5.100% Customer Satisfaction per policy.

What we did not get:
1. Any pre-qualified leads.
2. Proper training of calling reps.
3. Proper campaign management.
4. Consistently trained professional calling reps for the campaign period and the amount of trained professional calling reps requested.
5. Total amount of hours of calling we contracted for per your reports provided.

What we feel is warranted to resolve these issues:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee honored.
2. Return of our money immediately.
