We found Qualifed Leads on the internet on their website. They had all sorts of excellent testimonials from large corporations saying that the leads they provided were the best they've ever experienced. I believe these must be false unless they only provide their services to big name company and steal from the small businesses.
We spoke with Darren Paulson quite a few times before deciding to invest $1,000. This money was supposed to buy 21 hrs. Of phone time, telemarking for mortgage leads. We actually wanted to invest less, about $500 because we saw a special online but he would only sell us the $1,000 "package." He said that the cheaper option wasn't for mortage leads. We were also supposed to receive the disk that he was marketing to, with the name etc. So that we could market to them in other ways.
We'd gone over in advance the kind of households that we could offer loans to, and he was only going to call these households. He specifically said that he would be calling single family residences, as there is not much that we can offer to mobile home owners. We received 9 leads, all of which were mobile homes. Some said that they they hadn't requested that we contact them at all. We were also told to expect at least 20 leads. We also never received our disk with the prospect informaiton.
We have tried calling Darren many times since then. He has made no attempt to resolve the issue or return the phone calls. I don't believe that he has a list to give us; I don't believe that he called 21 hrs. As agreed. Even if he did he was not calling people that we had agreed he would spend his time on, as there was no point because we couldn't help them. I believe he is nothing but a scam.
