After signing up with Encore I thought I was saving my company a few hundred dollars a month. Great, right? Then I noticed something... NO money was going into my bank account! This built up to $25,000.
After numerous phone calls and faxing in all our receipts over two weeks we were able to recover $15,000 but we are still fighting to get our remaining $10,000. It has been over 3 weeks and we keep getting a run-a-round. It seems the customer service reps at Encore take turns being "manager of the day". The fact is you never actually get to talk with a real manager or owner.
My book keeper has been going through HELL with Encore tring to resolve the issue of the missing $10,000 that we show receipts for. We may need to take legal action against Encore to get our money that they stole from us. This company is deceptive and fraudulent. If they come knocking on your door you would be wise to slam it in thier face (Fast & Hard).
