Com Fraudulenty removed money from my Bank. They had no bank details from me at all

I received a bank statement that said that this Company had not only illegally removed money from my account but they had also back dated it one month, to May. This amount was for 29.95 USD. I did not even look on this site until June.
The next day, I received yet another statement from my credit card company to say that they had once again billed my credit card on 2nd June for the amount of 26.95. At no time did I give them any bank account or credit card details so they have somehow hacked into my accounts
They now owe me 56.90 USD.
I have now written them 87 letters (I write to them every day, I'm sure they are happy to hear from me) but I just get the same round robin E. Mail back saying contact our billing department. They deny all knowledge of everything.
I have kept copies of all the letters I have sent.
