I ordered free whitening teeth trial product from another company in May, which took packaging money of £1.95, I never received the trial kit, instead I received a billing receipt from this PM ONLINE saying they have taken some money from my bank by e-mail, soon I tell them I didn't order anything from them and I don't know who gave them my account details but they said the money was not taken it was a void receipt. So I taught the matter was solved though they didn't tell who gave them my account details and what were they billing for.

Now when my June bank statement arrived I didn't check it but when my July statement arrived, I check every transaction in my bank statement as I suspect there have some money missing in my bank and I saw this company's name called PMONLINE and that it had taken £95.82 in July and I looked on my June statement I saw that they have taken £50.60 from my bank account last months too. Now I am writing to request for an advise on how I can get the money that this company had already taken from my bank account and how can I stop it from taking further money.
