I placed an internet order through ediblearrangements.com on June 5th for a Father's Day Bouquet to arrive on June 15th, Friday. I received a call on Saturday from my father that this bouquet was received, however with incorrect specifications from what I had originionally ordered online.
I contacted this store via e-mail with complaint on the following order. I recieved a call back from the store's customer service and was handled in a very rude manner and unfriendly service. I replied that I would never be using the following service again due to this experience.
My complaint was not just on basis of a mistake in order, but of a ruined customer experience. I had intended this gift for a sentimental value and was recieved with such rude service and dissatisfaction. I have contacted the corporate office for further follow-up.
