Kathy, Manny Manny, the so-called manager, yelled at me when I told him I wanted someone to do the job that I paid for

Two people were at my house for approximately 2 hours. My house was not what I would consider to be dirty, mainly dusty. The carpets had been cleaned two days prior so they were recently vaccumed. When I made the appointment with the company I asked how long the cleaning takes and was told 'approximately 2.5 hours.' I was not told the cleaning people would not stay more than two hours.

Regarding the dusting, the ad states "not around things-items moved, dusted, and put back." The items on my shelves were not dusted, only half the shelves were dusted and some were just 'swiped'. The top of a glass coffee table was dusted but the bottom, metal legs are still full of dust. Another glass table still has a dried spill on it that was not cleaned. The piano, two side tables, oak dining chairs etc. Were not touched.

When I made my first phone call to complain I was transferred to Kathy. She claimed they did not do the legs of the coffee tables, only the top. I gave her a list of items that were not done and kept re-iterating the ad said that items were dusted and put back. Her answer was that they would take $10 off my next cleaning. My answer was that I would not use their service again and I wanted someone to come back out and do the job for which I paid. She said she would talk to the manager when he returned in about an hour.

I waited 15 minutes and called back. I spoke with Manny, the manager, and said I wanted someone different out here the next day.instead of being a professional and trying to achieve customer satisfaction, he asked what I expected for $85 in 2.5 hours (even though it was not 2.5 hours) and they did what they could in that time. I tried to tell him how places were missed, overlooked, half done or not done at all and he did not want to hear it. He started yelling over me as I kept saying 'please listen to what I am saying.' I said if they could not finish in 2.5 hours then they should have stayed longer. Nowhere in their ad does it say they work for 2.5 hours then walk out without completing the job.

What's more is that the coupon I had says the job would be $75 for the first visit but I was charged $85. The lady that scheduled the appt. Said it was $75 if I pay for the 2nd visit at the same time. It does not say that on the coupon. When I mentioned the price difference to Manny he said it was becaus I have a family room. The ad is misleading and I was given two different responses.

I called the company on a Tuesday and was scheduled for the next day, Wednesday, between 1-2. I was called on Tuesday and asked if the cleaners could come that day and I said no. I called the company on Wednesday morning around 8:00 to see if it was possible to reschedule for Thursday and was told no, that I would have to pay for the cleaning anyway if it was not done on Wednesday. So apparently it is okay for them to try to change the appointment but not the customer. I should have taken the hint then.

I would never recommend this company as they do not care about customer service at all and apparently do not care about repeat business. I will do what I can to let other people know about this ripoff company.
