This moving company showed up many hours late, and didn't bother to advise me they were going to be late. They had the lowest quote, but then at conclusion of move charged an exorbitant price ($76) for using 3 rolls of tape and 1 cardboard box.
After unloading, they refused to let me check the supposedly empty truck for items possibly left behind, even though it was dark both inside the truck and outside. Wonder why.
I subsequently discovered that a case of expensive wine was inexplicably and mysteriously missing (!?). Wonder why (!?). I called company to check on it, but they said it hadn't been turned in. Though company provided a claim form, which I filled out and returned, company refused to respond to my claim (for missing case of wine) despite repeated requests, which they ignored. Never heard from company again.
