Can't register for 1,000 gift card, fraud, no such site

They said to go on line to register for a 1,000 dollar gift card and I have tried several times, there is no such site. When I called the store they told me to go to another site which was this site because when they tried to go on line with the www.circuitcity.com/survey they said that the site was down and I told them I had tried several times over a weeks time and that it would not be down that long and that it was a fraud
