Ripoff phatom lease

My recruiter at panther was dave smith and he did not sign me up as a owner operator but as a driver. I could not get information from the owner web site. I could only get the driver info. I was paid a flat rate of 1.20 when panther was paying a base rate of 1.20 and could go up depending on the type of load [haz mat, canada, critical freight etc. But i was never paid more than flat rate of 1.20. Let me state that i was the owner/operator of the truck and had title in my name only
