Consumer Credit Services Of America Took my money and decided not to give my forms

After I went to this company to help with my bancruptcy to get back on my feet they decided to take my money and give me nothing in return. After many phone calls and emails i got nothing to show for it. I am fed up and pissed that a company could still be out there after so many complaints.
